Urgent Care

Get help for a minor illness or injury at times you can’t wait to see your GP.

In the UK telephone 999 when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

See Your GP

Make an appointment with your GP if you are feeling unwell and it is not an emergency.

Visit A&E

Only go to A&E in a genuine life threatening emergency

Complaints

Medicine Porter has a policy and procedure for written complaints.

If you wish to raise a formal written complaint, please send us an email. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to all formal written complaints within five working days. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution to a formal written complaint, please contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Returns

At Medicine Porter, patient safety is our highest priority. Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns for medicines once they have left our pharmacy.

Returned medications must be safely disposed of, meaning we are unable to provide refunds for medication.

If you have unused or unwanted medication, please contact our pharmacy team. We can help arrange for the safe return of these items for proper disposal in line with NHS and GPhC guidelines.

For orders that are scheduled for postal delivery, you can cancel your order up until the point when your medicine has been dispatched. To cancel, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Privacy Assurance

Your medical data and order history are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized pharmacy staff at Medicine Porter.

We will never share this information unless required by law. Medicine Porter complies fully with UK Data Protection laws, including the GDPR. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy outline in detail how we protect and use your personal and health information.
